“Resurfacing - wrinkled and loose skin under eyes”

Laser resurfacing: Worth it

Cost: $2,100
Pain: Mild
Laser resurfacing satisfaction: Good3 Star Rating: Good
I do not recommend my Laser resurfacing provider: Name not provided
Why: I have a difficult time getting ahold of my doctor to ask him these questions.
Seeking help:

My skin under my eyes has been pretty darn red for most of the three weeks, but it's getting a little bit better. Now I'm wondering when the texture will get better. The skin under there, especially around the outside corners, is crinkly and when I put on coverup, it looks pretty crummy. Is this normal? How long before it is smooth?
Review of Laser resurfacing:

I had co2 laser resufacing under my eyes only three weeks ago because the skin under my eyes was loose (I'm 55) and it looked so wrinkled under there when I smiled.
