Juvederm Created an Indent

Not Worth It
Spent: $300 in Scotland

I had juvederm last july, immediately felt my skin looked smoother until I smiled and had a silly looking indent to left side of my nose. I returned and they injected more filler, which smoothed the indent slightly but gave me an enormous bag under my eye. I have had this now for a year and am reluctant to smile as it looks very odd. I had this treatment to look younger.

I just want to be confident smiling again without covering my face.

Will the filler ever dissolve and return the original lines I once hated but long to have back instead? Will the indent disappear in time? I am reluctant to smile as it only appears when I do.

Did you have botox at the same time as the juvederm? Particularly, did you have botox in the bunny lines and crows feet area? If so, have you continued to have botox in these areas (even though you have presumably stopped using juvederm)? I had a divot effect on the side of my nose under my eyebag that was only really visible when I smiled which I thought was related to juvederm in tear troughs but it was actually botox related.
