“Eyeliner - needed to be redone and there's still hardly anything there”
Permanent makeup: NOT worth it
Cost: $250
Pain: Uncomfortable
Pain: Uncomfortable
Permanent makeup satisfaction: Poor
I do not recommend my Permanent makeup provider: Name not provided
Why: She let me believe I would get eyeliner the way I asked for it but then charged more for me to come back and do it again when there was hardly anything there.
I paid for eyeliner, but there was hardly anything there after the healing time and there were blank spots. I went back to have it redone and she charged me more money. Again, the same thing, although slightly more than after the first time. I don't want to pay her more money for a third session.
I am left wondering if the permanent makeup price is for the labor instead of the product / eyeliner that you are led to believe you are paying for. She didn't tell me beforehand that I would pay this amount and maybe I would have eyeliner and maybe not.

I have been doing permanent make-up for 8 years...Your first and second application should be included in the price ... You almost always have to have a touch up 6 to 8 weeks after your first treatment ..If you can find someone that will want to make you happy with your permanent make-up It can be done...

Most reputable permanent makeup professionals will include one followup perfecting appointment approximately 4-6 weeks following the first application. And this is why some artists may charge more. This should be discussed in your consultation appointment and paper work provided. I have heard that sometimes clients will have a immune system that will break down the color leaving very little pigment behind, and this is exactly why the follow up appointment is necessary. If you have lost confidence in your origional technician, search the internet for professional organizations that have referral sources for someone in your area. There are excellent Permanent Cosmetic Professionals out there. Consumers need do their homework. Good Luck.
