I do not recommend my Laser surgery provider: Name not provided

Why: I cannot make a recommendation until I know whether the hypopigmentation was anticipated and whether the skin color will actually return to normal. If hypopigmentation is just something that happens but color is likely to return, then I have no problems recommending this provider. However, if hypopigmentation is permanent, then I would not refer this provider for the treatment of lightening dark scars of dark pigmented individuals.
