“4 Nose Jobs Later, How Do I Fix Open Rhinoplasty Scars?”

Not Worth It
Spent: $4,000 in Houston, TX

I had a bad rhinoplasty implant the 1st time. Got a revision rhinoplasty done 3 more times to fix & all were open procedures. The last one was supposed to get rid of the scar with Zplasty or some similar method but ended up making 2 scars on columnella.

What procedures can I do to fix the open rhinoplasty scars I have from 4 previous nose jobs?

Ask your doctor about silicone scar sheets, or even some kind of dermabrasion.

It depends on where along the columella the scar is. If the scar is mild, it might be able to be dermabraded. If the scar is contracted or affecting the nose, it might have to be excused and re-closed.
