“Help after pearl laser - recovery”

Seeking help:

I had pearl laser and pearl fractional one week ago, I am finished with the vinegar soaks and Vaseline routine, I can now wear makeup but my skin is very dry and slightly flaky in places. Can I go back to a normal moisturizer? Also can I use my jan marini transformation cream at night? I have a sore patch of dermititis under my chin, it's quite painful and crusting, I am using 1% hydracortizine cream, is there anything else I should do? I also have a very sore sport on my chin, it's red and painful-how do I know if this is a developing coldsores or just a reaction to all the Vaseline in the last week?
