After much research I chose Ulthera as a non surgical alternative for my sagging jawline. and neck. I researched the doctors available in the area and chose based on his reviews. He was very patient and kind. The treatment itself was not that painful. I found it to be very tolerable and it doesn't last that long. I have a fairly high pain tolerance. I would equate it to a few stinging rubberband snaps. Afterwards I bruised quite noticably along the jawline and there has been some swelling. I bruise easily so it was not disturbing. I noticed immediate results and as the swelling and bruising abate I am seeing a firmer profile and the loose skin on my neck does appear to be tightening. It has been only 5 days.

Dr. Gayner was very interested and professional. He listened and showed real interest in my concerns. His honesty and forthright manner was very refreshing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a procedure.
