I had a tummy tuck 2 weeks ago and although one side is flat, the other side has a lump.

My Plastic Surgeon said that I have a hematoma and to lay warm towels on it and massage it and it will go away. I have tried that and it is really tender. Are there any other options for treating a Hematoma and will it really go away on it's own?
