I recently had fat added underneath my eye and along the cheek by lipoinfiltration and am very unsatisfied with the results. all the fat has not remained and the areas in which it did remain now looks lumpy.

Hello If the remaining fat is LUMPY. You need a full evaluation and thorough examination. A full discussion of what are your expectations and needs, then a plan of treatment can be presented to you. As for the lumpy fat, yes it can be removed, may require multiple surgeries. But be carefull you may end up with HOLLOW EYES. Consult an experienced BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON
