Why: Personal experiences as well as additional commentary could help me make a better informed decision about the next step to take to correct the mess.
Seeking help:

I am considering having the fat removed in two months time through a direct incision. I would like to know whet the results would be and if the skin under the eyes will return to its natural state or will the scar tissue formed, cause an uneven skin tone and also baggyness? How bad will the internal and external scarring be? Could i also have any other advice as to how to correct the mess caused by my inexperienced and unskilled ps? All i want is to have no further issues. I want a final solution to my problem. Thanks.

Pros - volume

Cons - Uneven skin tone - Lumpyness - Baggyness (Looks like bags but not entirely.) - Enhanced the appearance of dark circles - Unnatural

Performed to get rid of hollowness and dark circles.

I had fat injections under my eyes about ten months ago. The fat has colonised and become lumpy, causing bags under my eyes.
