i had lower blepharoplasty, cut from the outside, with fat repositioning into tear troughs. is it normal to still see noticeable eyebag after a week?

Right now its been a week and it looks like how i looked like before i had surgery but with a teeny little bit of swelling.

Is it normal to still be able to see tear trough lines 3 weeks after lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning? bags are still really noticeable also.
