Bottom Eyelid Away from Eye - Lots of White Visible Under the Pupil

Treatment very professional and surgeon very nice....

Treatment very professional and surgeon very nice. Had a bit of difficulty removing stitches but all went well.

I expected to be able to return to work easily after 2 weeks but this was not so. Based on my experience I would say 4 weeks is adequate time to recover from both procedures at once. Although even now, 5 weeks on, I am still not happy with my appearance, particularly in the left eye.

I had blepharoplasty on both upper and lower eyes 5 weeks ago. My left bottom eyelid has come away from the eye and there is a lot of white visible under the pupil - not nice at all. My right eyelid is still swollen - do you think this will go away by itself or will i need to get corrective surgery, particularly for the lower left eyelid ?
Great review?

Surgeon was good, professional and very supportive.

i am 10 weeks post op and my lower lids are finally tightening up. mine also drooped away from the eye. i have been doing lower lid massage for 7 weeks. i don't think they prepare patients enough for the recovery period, which is longer than expected.
