I had lower blephoplasty 2 weeks ago to remove fat pads I am thrilled with the result.

i can see and feel a lump on my right lower eyelid, about the size of a rice grain where the incision was made.

Hey Dee, not sure if you read my response to your comment on my page, but we do indeed have the same problem. Now on 6 wks mine has almost gone away. Be patient, you will see changes soon enough. I'm just wondering why you endured severe pain? I felt no pain at all and also had skin resurfacing done at the same time.
