Endoscopic Browlift - Waste of Money?

Not Sure
Spent: $3,500 in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan

I am undecided. I am not satisfied at this time 4 weeks after surgery. Maybe things will improve? It looks like I had what I started with. Two screws only, I felt there should have been more --- I didn't jog until 4 weeks after / they said that was okay. I am not old looking or overweight...I do not smoke. What do "we" do if I'm not (totally) unsatisfied with the results? Help.

How long for the FINAL result from and endoscopic brow lift?

Updated on 1 Apr 2011:
It's now 4/1/2011 and I'm recovering from a REAL browlift by Dr. Sabbagh at the Straith Clinic. Wow. The first was a chop-shop job done by Dr. Roche who only used 2 screws. SCREWS?! What am I a car? Ha ha...but no joke. And it didn't last a bit. $3,500.00 out the window. But I got smart and did my research and decided to try it again with Dr. Sabbagh for about the same cost. NO screws, instead I have about 24 staples (yes, now I'm paper) ...and pain - lots of severe pain but since I had this done before they had to work through some previous scar tissue /that is why - and swelling and well, I'm recovering so don't listen to me complain! I can see the brow is very much lifted as well as my droopy eyes - gone! I'm thrilled. Now I just have to heal... the results? Don't know, won't know until much later - but I'm taking care of myself...and feel I made the right move here. Straith has always done a great job for me in the past so fingers crossed. Just wish these black eyes would fade (expected) ... patience is the hardest part it seems. The results will be great - everything looks symetrical and good so far.

My rating:
Sometimes this doctor can seem a little rushed at times - but to me, this just seems to be excitment for his work. He's just very enthusiastic and busy! He has every right to be. As a "frequent flier" at the Straith Clinic ha ha, everyone there knows my name and I feel right at home. There is one receptionist who almost never smiles, don't let that phase you. The nurses are great. The billing people are thorough and friendly. The clinic doesn't surround you with "become your dream" or any stupid corny hard-sell namsy pamsy stuff. It's just a nice building with nice people who care. The work sells itself. They know that.
