“Crooked nose after rhinoplasty and septoplasty”

Seeking help:

After having my splint come off, my nose is still crooked, I am very worried and upset, my doctor has recommended to tape it into place and now I am sitting here wondering if I am taping it straight and all sorts of things. What would you recommend doing? -- Updated on Oct 30, 2009: After a rhino and septoplasty operation, my nose is smaller, but my septum still seems to be deviated the same way it used to be prior to surgery. Is this common? And will it straighten its self out?
