“Cosmelan Peel for Melasma: Old Vs New - Beverly Hills, CA”

I did it in Santa Monica after researching - this is a good price-was looking at $850 elsewhere. I did the peel 5 days ago. Bright red the next day and dry flaky ever since, but not the crusty peeling you get from laser or a TCA peel. I am very confident in the girl that did it & I know that it takes weeks to see results.

After doing Fraxel (worthless) and another fractional type laser which worked, but made the melasma come back in 4 months - I chose to try a slow approach. I also hear that laser makes it worse and I think it might have with me. I will post more as time goes on, but price is cheap compared to laser and since its my face, I would pay anything.

Old formula is hard to get and the new was not working so they created a 3rd called CosmelanMD - which is supposed to be as good as the original. I did the original and left on for 9 hours. Good luck to all.
