Tilting Smile After Chin Implant Surgery

Not Sure
Spent: $2,000 in Dallas, TX

the results are good except when I smile. I did the chin implant at the same time as nose job to improve my profile. It has been 3 weeks and I am still hoping for improvement.

Since my chin implant surgery 3 weeks ago, my lower lip is uneven when I smile. One side does not pull down like the other so my lower lip ends up at an angle. I do not have any tingling and the only numbness is on my chin, not my lip. Is this nerve damage that will repair itself?

Did your smile come back. I am 12 days out and am so scared I will never smile right again.
