Silicone Chin Implant and Jaw Surgery for Overbite

Not Worth It
Spent: $3,000 in Rochester, MI

I had jaw surgery a year and a half ago for an overbite, and the surgeon performed a chin augmentation at the same time. I now feel that the chin implant looks too big and not very natural. The implant is silicone (I think) and wraps around the jaw. I feel like it looks like a chin strap under my skin.

I would like the implant removed, but am not sure if a smaller implant, no implant, or genioplasty is the best option. What looks most natural, and will give me the best profile? I only am willing to go through surgery one more time, so I need to know the best option.
