I have In-Ovation braces (something similar to Damon braces). 6 on the top and 6 on the bottom are ceramic/clear and the rest are metal.
I started to notice the difference after about a month and a half. They look great. Nothing has broken so far.
I'm 4 months into my treatment (20 months more) and I got them when I was almost 18 years old.

It's an orthodontic office NOT a dentist office. Call them and set up your appointment. They have 2 offices: in Chicago and Mount Prospect. There are 2 orthodontists working there and plenty of assistants.
