“Brusing and Crepiness Under Eye After Juvederm Ultra”

I had under eyes crepieness on one eye that was noticeable to me. I wasnted to have filler to smooth that out. My doctor had experience with the injections, but I did bleed a lot and had significant swelling.

24 hours after injection, the left eye looks great. The right eye is bruised around the injection sites. In that area, the skin looks crepey as well. Is this from not enough filler? Or from a combination of swelling and bruising? What should I be doing at this point? Ice or heat compresses? I am also using Vitamin K lotion to reduce the bruising.
