i am an asian woman who had a breast lift with augmentation as lacked fullness on upper pole, along with an abdominoplasty.

my problem is keloids in scars. doctor has administered kenacort a for 3 sessions directly into scars without much improvemnet, have been using silicon strips for 12 hrs a day on scars for 3 weeks now without much change, kenacort A is discontinued in my city, pls advise solution.

What is the cause for keloids-wrong sutures, bad stitching technique or skin color???what kind of sutures should have been used, doctor says it is common in dark skin women. Is that true? what can be done, vertical scars are ok, it is the horizontal and around the nipple scars with problem, please help

We have been achieving some amazing results using a combination of laser to treat these types of keloids and hypertrophic scars. I am optimistic that these newer treatment modalities hold promise for improving scars in all skin types.
