“Scar tissue after breast uplift”

Seeking help:

i had a breast uplift over three years ago, and have had no trouble. recently i have noticed something that looks like a torn musle, which within two weeks of noticing it it has ripped all the way down to my belly button and looks like a piece of cotton. my doctor thinks its scar tissue but would this happen after three years of surgery? im worried please help.
