“Breast lift / no implants - huge boob! one week out”

Seeking help:

I am just 1 week out of my breast lift with no implants. My left breast which had 70 cc's removed looks to be about double the size of my right breast that had nothing removed. It's not really bruised but it's SO swollen and huge. I'm a D cupt but right now it easily looks to be DDD! I went in to have her drain it and nothing came out! What gives? Is this normal? Should I be concerned? It looks like its about to explode! I have an appointment next wednesday but I'm so worried. I keep wearing my compression bra and it just seems to get bigger.
