I had 350 saline unders placed 2 yrs ago. I love them when my muscles are relaxed, but any slight movement of my chest muscles and they distort (opening a jar, picking something heavy up off the ground), not to mention I work out regularly and am self conscious about wearing low cut tops when i work out. I love having implants, but it is very noticable every time I move my chest muscles.

If I would have known that my saline unders would have so much distortion associated with them, I might have considered another implant option, but I do not regret getting them.

I dont think i want to switch to overs, but if I switched to silicone unders would that help out any? Or, is there a less invasive surgery where the PS could do something different to my muscle so it wasnt so tight around the implant?
Great review?

Saline or silicone under the muscle will move with muscle contracture Saline above the muscle you run the risk of rippling. Silicone above the muscle is more natural

I had saline over the muscle and Just switched to memory gel under and when I work out I try not to lift chest much becouse of how the muscles flexes on my chest. The memory gel are so much more comfortable than the saline implants I think its because they move with the muscle a little bit better and they are softer too. I hated my saline ones above the muscle it always hurt if I lifted any thing heavy that flexed that muscle. If you do change them I would go with the mentor memory gel implants. Honesty I have had them since march and I can't even notice I have them anymore they feel so natural. My old saline ones I had for about 2 and a half years and never really got use to them. They both looked good but I definatly like the memory gel filled better.
Your best option is for gel implants above the muscle. The implant may be more noticable if the breast tissue layer is very thin (full A or less). If you want to stay with subpectoral impants then maybe additional release of the muscle off the parasternal margin may help reduce muscle contraction distortion of the implants.
