had silicone breast implants back in 2001, nagar germany make,now been in for 8 years.had no problems until now, and that is my right breast has dropped about an inch lower than my left breast, and also is larger in size, but it still soft and does not feel any different from my left breast, could this just be because of my age 41, and my left breast just has not dropped yet, or should i be concerned and have it checked out.

is this just an age issue or should a be concerned, my right breast does look larger, but feel soft to touch just the same as my left breast still and dont have any pain or anything.
