Ihad my procedure 5/13/09 and I want slightly larger but to keep the great shape I had, they were round and not tear shaped just perfect in my opinion.

Now other than the scarring and the stretch marks they are not the same size or in the same position. The right one has more of a tear shape and I think because its smaller it has less of a crease underneath. The left one is more round which makes the face that the right one starts further up on my chest more noticeable.

He told me to massage and use silicone gel strips both of which I have but no improvements. I'm just hoping it was a mistake.

Thought the procedure went well until it was over and my boobs look worse. So con was I told that they could be positioned they way I wanted and also the scarring is real bad not to mention the lose of feeling. Which I would be ok with if they just looked good.

Pros is they are bigger though they only look ok in a bra because of the size and location difference.  I thought that breast implants were fairly common and the plastic surgeon wouldn't mess up.  I had a few other things I wanted done but this is not a good start.

You got stretch marks from the surgery? I didn't know that happened? Are you sure it's not because your breasts are starting to settle and the swelling is subsiding? My boobs looked better when they were swollen, they looked soft and no ripples! Now they look hard and really round.

My surgeon is a guy in Tallahassee FL. I have 2 red marks that appear on my left breast, spanning out from the nipple. I got silicone gel implants and so far they feel good and look normal individually. However, they are nowhere near the same size or position. They are also a size C and I wanted a full B so I am quite unhappy with the size.
