Implants placed behind the muscle, size is good for my body, healing well, just not sure why one side is still numb. Recovery much easier with using a pain pump.

I had 300cc high profile implants 2 weeks ago.ALso had a pain pump after surgery. The lateral aspect of my left breast to my nipple is still numb(about 75% of the breast) The right breast feels great. ANything I can do?

It has been 5 wks since I had breast implants and mine are still numb in places. The information I have regarding that says "small sensory nerves to the skin surface are occasionally cut when the incision is made or interrupted by undermining of the skin during surgery. The sensation in those areas gradually returns-usually within 2 or 3 months as the nerve endings heal spontaneously. This comes directly from the info. I have. We will see if it's true because like I said it's been 5 wks for me and I am still numb in some areas. I hope this info. helps you. Good Luck.
