I did it because they were very uneven (and small) and I knew it would help boost my confidence.

Pros: I love the way I look in a shirt now.

Cons: with the saline I hate the ripples. Sometimes I do not want to take of my bra or have my husand feel my right side due to it sometimes feels wierd.
