I chose to have my breasts augmented when I lost a full cup size after I had my two kids: down to a 34A from a very full 34B.

My surgery, recovery and the final affect were all perfect. My procedure was performed at a wonderful clinic in Venezuela; I was impressed at the level of screening and testing that I underwent pre-surgery. I chose an under-the-muscle, 280cc, silicone, low profile implant and an incision in the crease beneath the breats.

My breasts look like they did before pregnancy - very full, bouncy and natural ( I am quite small - 118lbs, 5'5") and without that hard "porn-star" look.

If you are considering implants, improve your chances of being satisfied by chosing the size carefully and realistically. If you are small-framed, very large breasts may look unatural. Also, small or athletic women should think of placing the implant under the muscle, as the lack of body fat can make an over the muscle implant VERY visible, especially when you lie on your back.

Finally, my recovery was virtually pain-free, which I found, amongst my friends and acquaintances, to be the case with women who exercise regulary, rather than with those who do no exercise.

Hello, It sounds like you are happy with your results. I am interested in receiving more info about the doc. you recommend. I am 5'4 117 lbs and just had a baby 7 months ago. By breasts went from 32a to 34d then back down to 32a. Now I have terrible excess skin and they are so saggy. Its horrible. i can exercise and eat healthy all I want but nothing can fix my chest, except augmentation. Could you please email me and tell me more about your experience? thanks chels 1234
