i know i can't try on bras yet but i thought they would have been bigger than they are. I that because they are swollen and not dropped yet. Could someone help me.

Hi there, you are pretty tall like me and when you are taller breat implanst on us doesent look as big as it would on a shorter person. you will probably fall in the small d big c cup range depending on how big your breast were prior to surgery, every 260cc's is equal to one cup size, also gel implnats tend to be a little smaller in volume than the regular saliene implant, the gel is mostly used for a more natural apperance. Also The moderate profile implant that you have has less projection than the high profile implant which makes it appear less round and more natural and doesent poke out as much as high profile implants. If your looking for a more natural soft look thats what you have now, but if you wanted a bigger more projected rounder look saliene high profile implants is the way to go, bigger implants also come with risks too, your skin can stretch too much and require a lift in the future you can get capsular contracture from going over the muscle with really large implants, they can bottom out as well. Research it and see if thats something that you wanted to risk doing with larger implants. If not be happy with the implants you have you can opt to go a little bigger without a problem and switch to high profile implants if thats what your looking for i wish you the best.....good luck to you!

It all depends on where you started with regards to cup size. At your height, 450cc's is only a moderate augmentation in my opinion. Bra cup volume changes with height and weight, so it is hard to compare apples to oranges. Your final size will come after 6 months and typically you will shrink because of changes in your native breast tissue volume. In your height range you will probably end up in the C-D range but there are too many variables to answer the question. Just wait until the swelling is gone and go out and experiment with different bras Dr. Shah

Yes, they will most likely charge you again, if you go to another surgeon you may get lucky and he or she will do it for a regular augmentation price, but alot of them will charge a little more for an exchange of implants, but i dont think in your case they will, since they are just swapping out, and not doing anything else like a lift or capsuleotomy...If you like your docotor though I would go back to him, especially if you told him that you desired to be bigger and he didnt do as you requested, he could probably give you a good discount, but you would probably have to pay for the implants themselves again and he may or may not leave out his fee,and the anesthesia fee's as well. I say give it some time and see if you can enjoy what you have now. If you have the money and time though and thats not an issue Id say go for it right away if it is an issue timing is everything, enjoy them now and when the time is right, go back and do what makes you happy, and dont be afrid to tell the doctor exactly what you want, if you want the DD breasted look, look up dr.pausti online, he does alot of the big breasted excellent work, and you can decide the size from there, all his work ranges from 600 to 1200cc's hes not if florida, but you can certaintly show your doctor pictures and size implants that you desire, its your money your body and your breasts, get exactly what you want!...hope that helps...good luck

Yes this is a common thing, you may have a minor infection...did she put you on antibiotics? i would rub neosporin on it since that is an antibacterial cream.
