A Lot of Space Between the Breast Implants

I was almost flat chested and I am medium shape so I was very uncomfortable with my figure so I did them.

I wish to undergo an other operation to make them bigger and hope to fill the space between them but I am afraid that the scar I have under my breast will show more.Is ther any solution for me.here in malta we don`t have the scar removal and I am considering to go abroad for my next opertation.What do you suggest me to do? thanks alot

I had breast implant last year and I am not sadisfied at all because I would like them closer to each other, I hate that space between them.is there any thing I can do to make them closer.do I have too go bigger? if yes my scar is still red after a year is there any solution for it too so it won`t show. thanks

Unfortunately, it's probably best to stay with smaller implants since you have a chest structure that's similar to mine. I used to be very flat chested and I got implants that made me very large . I ended up with very large far apart breasts. You can't really change your chest structure. My doc said he could reposition them slightly but it wouldnt be a dramatic difference. It sucks!!
Mine said the same thing and I agree with you... it sucks having this large gap between my breast. I can open my hand and spread out my fingers in the large space.
I had saline overs and they were set very wide across my chest. I had a huge space in between. I think the implants migrated to the sides over the years...I traded them in for memory gel partial unders and my doc did a mini lift so it was reconstructive surgery. He corrected the wide space inbetween and that is the outcome I am most happy with.
