In May of 2002, I had Mentour saline filled implants (36C). I am only 5”1’ and have a petite frame. The size is perfect for me and the main reason for the surgery was due to deflation of my breasts after pregnancy.
I have noticed that during the past year, the implants have shifted making the space larger between my breasts. My implants have always been very firm/hard. I have found that during the night it is uncomfortable to sleep on my side or stomach because of the implants pushing against rib cage. In the morning, I wake up and my breasts are sore. Have you heard of other women complaining about this? I am not certain if this is normal because of my build or if I should go see a plastic surgeon. Or if it is time to replace with new impants.
Cons: painful after surgery (under muscle), one sagging breast that is smaller than the other, one nipple has extroverted
Pros: self esteem
Why? deflated breasts after childbirth

I'm scared of the same problem. Please write back if you have found a solution. It would help be decide my cup size. Thank You. Sincerely, Amy
