I've breastfed two daughters and my size and shape drastically changed afterwards. I was really unhappy with the way I look and I'm SO glad I did it!

I had 400cc Mentor Silicone Implants (smooth, high profile) three weeks ago. I am 100 pouds, 5'4" and was AA cup pre-operation. Most of the swelling is gone and the bottom of the breasts are getting more soft. I'm 100% happy and have no regrets. However, I still feel the tightness on top of my breasts and I feel the tightening of the muscles (my breasts) when I move my arms.

I have been trying my hardest not to use my arms too much, but I have two little girls, so it gets hard at times.

What I'm feeling; the tightness of my breasts (top) and the tightening of the muscles (top of my breasts) every time I move my arms considred normal? ex: If I try to reach something, I feel the tightening. Thank you so much for your time:)
