After breast feeding 3 children and losing a lot of weight I had very little breast tissue. Three years ago I had 300 cc moderate profile silicone implants placed behind the muscle and I am now a large B/small C. I am happy with my result but am finding that I need a push-up bra to get adequate cleavage. I also find that all the volume is at the bottom of my breasts, the top part is flatter.

I was very happy with the service I received, just wish my doctor had not been so conservative in his choice of size. I have since the surgery gained more confidence in my appearance.

I am considering having my current implants replaced with larger ones so that I am a fuller at the top and my breasts are closer giving me a better cleavage. My problem is that I don't know what size implant is going to achieve this. My height is 5 foot 4 and I weigh 105 pounds. Please help.

Implant size will depend on the measurement of your chest and breast, we can then give you arange of implants that fit you. As for fuller upper pole that can be achieved. as for closer cleavage, if you had cleavage before surgery you will have cleavage. if you did not have cleavage before surgery you will not have cleavage
