on my 3rd set of breast implants on top of the muscle. Rippling horrible. Love my size and overall appearance in clothes but no plunging necklines for me!

Can I go back and put implants under muscle?

Once you have breast implants on top of the muscle can you go back and have neww implants put under the muscle?

Saline breast implant will ripple almost always especialy in thin skin and small breasts. Putting saline implants may improve the rippling but not always. Silicone implants rarely ripple. As to your question can you change the position of the implant? YES Make sure your surgeon id a board certified ps
