I got my breasts done a week ago in Bangkok, Thailand and now my breasts are still in a lot of pain, I didn't get any strong (narcotic) pain killers, but just tylenol. Is it normal to be in this much pain after one whole week?

I am wearing my surgical band really tight though so the breasts will be formed closer together as I think they look way too far apart now (and extend the dimensions of my ribcage), and that shouldn't be the case, since my rib cage is 8 1/2 inches and I got a 225 CC high profile silicone implants.

Is it normal to be in this much pain after one whole week?
