Breasts were small, so she wanted to have bigger (although still natural) ones.

The doctor were good in the beggining, but he failed explaining all the drawbacks of the surgery, and possible complications. He also didn't explain well how to wear the stripe to avoid shifting of the implants.

My girlfriend had a breast implant surgery 15 days ago, 300cc, using the Dual Plane technique. Surgery went pretty well, but one day later we noticed that the implant shifted upwards and it became quite noticiable. We've been using a tight strap since then, in order to help the implants to "move back down". I was wondering then how often this can occur, how are the chances that it will go back to its correct position, and what are the chances that she may need another surgery.

Have your breast dropped and settled yet, curious cause mine look like that as well. I am only three months out~~

That looks normal for 2 weeks post-op, your girlfriend hasn't dropped yet and she still looks pretty swollen. Give it at least 3 more weeks before you start to worry.
