THE pro is bigger breast. The con after three years I have burning sensations, and a lump that moves around the nipple of my right breast. It almost seems like a air pocket but I am not sure. It is soft to the touch and is squishey.

Can a implant have a air pocket type of soft lump that moves?

I have the same thing only in my bottom right side of my right breast. I am 6 weeks post op. Did you find out what your lump was?
