I had breast impants about a month ago, since then my left breast hurts more so than my right.

I had breast impants about a month ago, since my left breast hurts more so than my right. Recently while laying down I noticed a hard lump in my breast directly under my nipple and about an inch in length. What could this be?

If your breast augmentation was performed through the areolar approach, this could be due to the healing ridge. It should go away with time. An examination and evaluation by the physician is required and possibly a mammogram if complications continue.
