Had my operation yesterday and I had 340cc submuscular. I am oriental, 5ft 1 and was a 32a/b. The shape of my breasts look manly. They look like huge pecks. Square in shape from front view as well as side view. Will they drop and look more feminine eventuelly?I am absolutely miserable!
Great review?

My Doctor: name not provided

Midere, Have patients - Rome was not build over night. I am sure you spent a fair amount of time researching your surgeon and trust him - it will work out. Good Luck Richard J.Greco, MD

I am in the same boat. I had my surgery 6 days ago. I had mine under the muscle, my breasts are really high and with a weird shape. on top is very hard in the middle is flatter and below the nipple is normal.my doctor told me to wait one month and tol me that it will drop. I can't wait! I hope it work good for both of us.

Well I am glad to hear that its not just me with this odd shape! What size were you before? I was a 32a/b.Mine was also under the muscle.I just tried on a bra and I am currently a 34D. My breasts have softened and dropped slightly. Still square amd swollen though. It would be great to stay in contact to see how we both progress?

Its been 3 weeks and 3 days and there is a definite change. They are softer and not so square... they are even jiggling when I walk. My left breast is looking alot better than my right. I guess thats because i am righthanded. How about yours?

Its been 2 weeks and 2 days. It looks better, but still kind of square I hope it will look rounder.

Please give your result an opportunity to arrive. I tell my patients that they should not even look at their breast for at tleast one month. It will be three months before they have the natural shape that they will obtain. You skin must stretch to accommadate the new implants - especially in tight skinned individuals. If you feel appropriate, Post your thoughts in a month with your before and after pictures and we all can see what happens.
