“Deflated Implants and Fungus”

i was advised at my last mammogram that my implants were deflated. is there danger in leaving them in with no saline in them? i would really like to have a reduction at my age now of 55, but finances are weak.

also, pulmonologist diagnosed me with cryptococcal infection of the lungs 3 wks ago. can this fungus also affect the implants whether inflated or deflated? spread?

is there danger in leaving in implants that are deflated? can they cause mild pain by pressing on your chest wall? has there been previous cryptococcal infection that affect the area of the implants?
