Pros: Love big boobs
Why I did it: To get bigger boobs
Doctor: Currently witholding
This is a replacement implant for saline implants I had over the muscle. This current procedure also came with a mini lift therefore was reconstructive.
Do my implants look like they are bottoming out? They were implanted dual plane (partial unders), silicone memory gel, procedure done about 2 years ago. My nipples were set pretty high to begin with if I can remember...that stretchy distorted thing on the left breast is a ripple. Thank you.
I kinda' hate my boobs, I'm not a porn...

Dr. Grover in West Hollywood, Newport Beach I believe him to do great work I'm just not happy with mine. I really stressed I wanted a natural look :(
I agree that the nipples look a little high- but not too much. What I think is the most noticeable is that your right nipple is facing outward in the middle pic. That might have something to do with the pocket being made to far out to the side? You'd have to ask some docs what causes that. Also, I just wanted to say that the fact that he put the implants under the muscle is what i thought helps with the rippling.
Dual plane is also what i got and is supposed to look the most natural as when the implant is half under gives you that natural slope on top.
Oh, i just saw that you also got 520cc's. I agree with Kooberry, maybe you should go a little smaller too to help with the ripples and give a more natural look.
I dont know what you looked like pre-op, but maybe you could post this question to the docs on this forum to get a more professional opinion.
Thanx for all your comments.
It sounds like the "porn star" comment was used to describe the look. I understand it is all about interpretation, but please remember public forums can be taken a number of ways. I appreciate your understanding and thank you for your cooperation.
