My teeth were terribly crooked, so I had braces on for about a year and ten months. I'm really happy that I went through almost two years of braces, which consisted of flossing every day after every meal (even at school). Phew.
I just got my braces off today, and I am scheduled to go back to get my retainer in 8 days. In this interim, should I fear that my teeth will move too much? Is one week before getting the retainer okay?Great review?
