In my late 20s I noticed that the muscles were very noticeable under my eyes which made me look older. (The appearance was not too unlike that of fat pockets but was told it was the muscle instead.) I decided to have a fat graft to fill the area and smooth out the transition from the upper cheeks to the undereye.
pros: fat is a natural filler and will not be rejected by the body and the results could potentially last longer than artificial fillers
cons: expense and results are not what I expected

Also had a breast augmentation and couldn't be more pleased with results. I feel as if I should have pushed for more information rather than going in feeling unprepared. Dr. and his staff are very willing to talk and make patients feel as comfortable as possible.
