“Blepharoplasty Went Wrong”

I suffered from asymetry in my right upper eye lid as compared to the left,my doctors invisigation for ptosis were no relation to any medical abnormality and I opted to go for blepharoplasty. It was simple procedure under local anesthsia with minimal swelling.the doctor said he removed ecessive skin from the inner aspect and I can't close my eye and if I look down a horrible difference between my eyes is noted.can you help me

i had right upper blepharoplsty for ptosis,my doctor said I had excess skin that needed to be removed,after one week I noticed that my upper lid inner side is everted upword and I can't close my eye and if I look downwords the upper eye lid goes upword,I think he removed excessive skin,could this be corrected??
