Im 21 in good health and was researching breast...
im 21 in good health and was researching breast augumention for 2 years before i chose my doctor. i went to the gym a lot and lost some muscle tissue after working out i was never blessed to have curves unless i worked out so I googled the best surgeon in San Diego and Dr. Tom Pousti showed up. I looked into his work before and after photos, met him in person and was sold on my cosmetic surgeon. i had several consultations in la jolla and none of them stood out to me. Originally i was going to do saline because in case of a rupture its "safer" but technology has changed so much i would say don't worry about it. I went for a natural keep them guessing look at went with 375cc silicone
and 410cc in the other breast. They look like i was just genetically blessed with nice boobies. no fake round hard look. so yes downsides or precaution....
Make sure u have someone you trust and know for a long time taking care of u took me about 3-4 weeks till i started feeling like my old self again and i went through an emotional rollercoaster of jumping from place to place. i also didn't want to go to bigg because i didn't want to increase the chance of stretchmarks. But hey if ur skin has good elasticity by all means get a D CUP why pay about 7,000 and have it go unnoticed. most peoples regrets are that they didn't go big enough. Im happy with my size only because i know my body and stretch marks on nice boobs kills it,
i recommend at least meeting Dr. Tom pousti and reviewing before and after photos it doesn't hurt to meet him i believe he is by far the best doctor in San Diego if not just as good as the ones in Beverly hills and orange county if not better.I am lucky to live close by so i constantly have visits with him with checkups.
As far as staff goes they care about your experience and Daisy and Vannesa helped me a lot over the phone and called me everyday for two weeks. Made me feel like they cared, because the people taking care of me weren't exactly helping as much as i thought they would. so thanks also to vannessa and daisy.
Basically be prepared to be handicapped for at least 2 weeks and no heavy lifting for over 10lbs for 6 weeks and have to massage ur boobs everyday for about three months. its worth the $$, time invested and all those massages though, cant wait for the summer thanks again Dr. Tom Pousti.
