So this is my second breast aug. The first I got over 12 years ago (saline) My left breast has leaked and well I just have a flat left breast and it SUCKS.... I am getting them RE done by Dr Poterfield.. The staff is so great I have been speaking with Paige and Susie.Trying to see if I want Saline or Silicone..

So happy all is paid for my new boobies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can hardly wait to get these fixed and upgraded...I have come decided to go silicone... so looking forward to seeing the difference in how these saline felt as the silicone..I will try to take picture of before and after to you all can see the difference
