I am 3 months post-op for rhinoplasty, and am not...

i am 3 months post-op for rhinoplasty, and am not happy with the results. The tip is way upturned with a hanging columella and it is still very sore. There is a stitch that was in the wall of the inside of my nose (towards the columella) that looks like its been covered up with scar tissue, which i believe is the source of pain. Also the tip is very hard and painful.

The look of my upper lip has drastically changed and is very weird and piggy looking. I did my surgery in Argentina, so communicating with the doctor is really difficult. Is this normal and/or fixable??

Great review?

Oh, sweetie, I'm so sorry. I hate to say after 3 months no this is not normal. Tip numbness and pain is normal in many cases when tip work is done(like mine, see my pics and you'll see my pig nose but my columella is recessed up in my nose) but by now you should have a good idea of the final result in appearance. My pics are from 3 months post op. I'm now 6 months post op and my nose still has the same shape it's just not so swollen and hard but still just as upturned with the columella inside my nose.
