So I've just had a brazilian buttlift about three weeks ago and I can definitely see the results. I had lipo done to my stomach and back areas and although I am still a little swollen, I can see the diffence in my stomach area. prior to having the procedure done, I had the dreaded back rolls that most of us women completely hate and after having my surgery, although they have gone down, they are not as gone as I would like. My question is I am anxious to get back in the gym so that I can workout and hopefully get my back down even more and possibly enhance my butt even more so I wanted to knw: 1)will doing exercises like squats and lunges enhance or decrease the results of my procedure? 2)can exercising help my back to go down even futher?
