I had under eye filler 4 years ago ever since then ive had a dent when smiling. Ive consulted with a plastic surgeon about having the filler dissolved and they told me the filler was completely gone. I dont know how i would go about fixing it.
Asked for a small amount of cortisone in my cyst because I had a trip coming up. Not only did the cyst not go away. Clearly the pimple is still there but now Im left with a dent in my forehead. Please help!! Went to one doctor he did restylane but that lasted for 2 days 3 tops. Im using a cream my dermatologist gave me, but that will take a while to work. What else can I do?!
I had a 1/2 syringe of Restylane injected into my tear troughs two weeks ago. Whenever I smile a have this very noticeable dent below my right tear trough. I was hoping it was swelling, but it seems to be getting more prominent with time. Also, the outline of the filler is noticeable on the right side. Im going back to my doctor in a few days but would appreciate other thoughts and opinions!
Hello. I had Restylane injected into face 2 years ago. Intense pain in face for many months and a facial dent. 2 years. I still have it. After 2nd treatment dent was gone for two days. Now its back. Is the damage permanent? What about fat fillers? Its really affected my life and made me sad.
Two days ago I had a syringe of Restylane injected into my tear troughs and perhaps I'm being paranoid but in addition to the bruising and swelling I was expecting with this procedure, I'm getting these odd dents in my cheeks under the spots that were filled when I smile. I think I'd feel better if I knew A) if it might eventually resolve itself as the swelling goes down and I just need to be patient or B) if it isn't going to resolve itself, if there was some kind of solution to implement.
I had Restylane (0.4 on the left and 0.3 on the right) injected in tear troughs 2 weeks ago to address a little volume loss under the eye bone and above the cheek especially on the left side. Before treatment, the right side was not really bothering me. Now I have dents in the area below the eye bone. It looks worse than before treatment, especially when I smile. Do I need more filler in those new hollows? How much? Or, will the contour improve as the filler absorbs with time?
